Customers feedback will be collected along with customers names and generalised address (i.e. town / city) to promote the business. This feedback will only be gathered from the customer after they have given consent to do so and is required to provide word of mouth recommendations for Hansen Civils. Without positive feedback, the business would struggle to acquire future custom.
