• • Customers feedback will be collected along with customers names and generalised address (i.e. town / city) to promote the business. This feedback will only be gathered from the customer after they have given consent to do so and is required to provide word of mouth recommendations for Hansen Civils. Without positive feedback, the business would struggle to acquire future custom.

• Websites like Check a Trade and My Builder - customers provide their own information on these websites that is then passed onto Hansen Civils when the customer reaches out to the business.

The following information will be stored on the data processors system for an indefinite length of time as a record of work completed:

• Value of work completed / paid

• Photographs of work

This data processor does the following activities for us: Accountancy software for issuing quotes to customers.

• Publicly on our website, social media or other marketing and information media

• Suppliers and service providers
